Default what are the best headgaskets?

dono what kind but i just got a mugen header and im looking for a headgasket that i can put on when i replace the header.

what are the different types out there and whats good about each one and all that??

I don't think you want a head gasket.
If you did want a head gasket you will be removing the head (a major job.)
If you are changing out the exhaust header then you want an exhaust manifold gasket.
Any of them will work fine.
