Found this ziplock bag in my trunk the other day. Can someone tell me where this little bracket goes?

Found in trunk the other day. What are they for?

 

Its for the front license plate

The bracket attaches to the grille and supports the plate bezel

 

The bracket as mentioned - license plate
The silver clips are usually from the under side of the front bumper - used to secure some of the plastic shielding.
Black bolts prob license plate.
Black push pin - those usually come from the wheel arch liners - they hold it in place.

 

Its all front license plate related.

PO removed the front plate and saved some of the hardware.
