I know it’s a personal preference but what’s the general consensus on most favorite paint color?

I’d personally want to see Apex Blue Pearl on CR - there’s one on BAT with 2700 miles live at $75k already with 5 1/2 hours left to go. More available Laguna Blue Pearl is little too dark IMO.

On base model S2000's? Probably GPW

Everyone has their individual favourites. But research would likely point at GPW being the car that the majority considers desirable. Prices for GPW trend slightly high.

On CR's? Even though ABP is a signature colour, I think GPW is still in the contest. GPW CR pricing is (apples to apples) probably still *slightly* more than ABP. Just due to rarity maybe?

Again, I'm assuming the context of this thread is objectivity. I'm getting here before "MY FAVORITE COLOR IS (X) SO THATS THE BEST"

BB looks great the instant you clean it but 5 minutes later it's already dirty.

Lots of great cars look terrific at car shows in gloss black. Then you take them outside. I live in a hot summer location with the sun so warm you can literally burn yourself touching a black car.

White is great for being cool and doesn't show light dirt that much.

Of course for the S2000, Rio Yellow Pearl is the most desirable. Only 38 of the below example were sold for the year 2009.

Silverstone was the best seller over the years, so it was the most sought after. Now everybody wants a rare colour, so some of the blues and white get the extra $$s. I would take an Imola orange given the choice, and yes there were a few available in Canada.

I have 2 black cars including a black BMW Z4 not by choice (bought them used) and it is indeed very hard to keep it clean and any blemishes show up easily.

Silver S2000’s look great especially with red interior. But I like yellow and red the best for S2000’s. Personally I love blue paint color but do not like the blue interior. I think blue on black interior would’ve been better.

I like NFR and Spa Yellow. Everything else is pretty dull to me.

But I am a doofus

It turns out that nature, redwoods, prefer RYP also. They let them go right through!
