I was actually thinking of getting gunmetal rims to match my brake dust! Carbotech FTW!

Get pads from the 2003 model. You won't notice a difference in performance, but there will be significantly less dust. I did this on my 2005.
i have an AP2... so.. is there an advantage of using AP2 brakepads?

what type of wax are you guys using?
Chemical Guys Jetseal 109.

If you know the light is going to turn red before you get there, try engine braking instead of using actual brakes?

Why not just get a set of Akebono ceramic pads? They will solve the problem.

I use these pads and no brake dust at all.

I had to Google this for more information, and was able to find this on The Tire Rack Web site. Do the pads really perform as advertised? Have you been to the track with the pads? Do you know whether or not they produce higher rotor wear?

On the surface this looks like a viable solution to the dust problem.

Anyone else have experience with ceramic pads?
(Tbtak, I saw your post. )

Will '03 pads fit ap2's just fine? Besides the amount of dust what other differences are there?
