Default Waxing the rear plastic window DOES work

like a charm. i had the rear window polished using a cleaner wax, followed by carnuba wax, and the rear plastic window is as clear as the day it left the dealer's lot. all the crap and white buildup are all gone.

I had a detail shop wash my car a while ago and they also waxed the rear window (inside and out). It also worked wonders by removing all of the haze and fine scratches. However, the guy was working up quite a sweat from waxing the inside of the window (my biggest gripe about keeping the window clean).

I've noticed that my Plexus isn't able to remove the haze from my window lately. Time to get some Meguiar's or 3M polish and cleaner.

Use the Meguiars stuff for getting scratches out. Use Plexus for everyday maintenance.

I just cleaned my back window with the Meguiars stuff. I had to take off the Mingster aeroscreen to get at it. Boy, it sure is a bitch to clean the inside of the window.

Did you take off the aeroscreen too Mingster??
