water and oil temp??and e-break.....

what is the normal water and oil temp????
I got 79-91C' water and 70-83C' oil.......how about your?
also have question.......
I tried my friend's 94 and 97 Camry.......they got damn good e-break.....the rear wheel can be lock when you pull a littlebit........but how come I can't lock my S2000's rear wheel easy like that??? it's too hard to lock the wheel.....any idea?

Why would you want to lock the wheel? In an emergency, locking the rear wheels may not be the best method for stoping you vehicle when the normal brakes fail.
