Default warranty work

my s2000 has the rubber molding around the windshield problem...i believe there is a TSB on this problem.
my questions:

a. can i just take it to the closest honda dealer to have this fixed or do i have to take it to the dealer where i purchased the car?

b. will this be covered under the 36k/3yr warranty?

other than that the car has been great

Any Honda dealer will do. The warranty should be bumper to bumper except for wear items. That is not a wear item, so it should be covered.

Warranty items are covered at ANY dealership. That being said, if you're planning on doing routine maintenance at the dealer, it would make sense to stick with one and build a relationship with the service managers/techs.
