Default To warm or not to warm?

Do you let your car warm up before driving it or do you just start and go ?

Start and go, but take it easy until 8 bars (3 for AP1)

I normally let it sit for a couple of minutes.
There was a thread about this a while ago, but some said it's better to take off right away to warm up the vehicle.

It's just me.. I can't let the car take off right away after leaving it in the cold weather over night.

I normally just start up and go. The car warms up quicker moving then sitting still.

I let it warm up for a minute or so in the morning, then only like 10 seconds during the day.
