I don't know much about this tape. Why did Honda put it there? I'll be getting a white S2K, only color I want. In that pic, it looks kind of weird without the tape on the white one.

Yea, gotta agree there, gernby. I'm in the "keep the tape on" group. With the hardtop, it looks much better because it's a match for the top. With the ragtop up, unless you've got a black S, it just...doesn't...quite...look...I don't know, wierd isn't the word I would use but to me it's not a clean look. But WTF do I know.

Of course, with the top down I think it looks really good.

Love or hate it, but it makes it easier for the track photographer to identify your car!

I think I have made up my mind to keep the tape on. The first pic with the red w/out the tape looks really streamlined, very sharp. The painted part just breaks up the line. I do agree that with the hard top it looks good, but since I live here in sunny Florida, the only reason to have a hard top on the car is to race. In that case I will get the Mugen carbon fiber top. I apprecate all the opinions, helped me make a decision!
