I saw one when i was in HK, but it was $20 bucks there also.
Since it was all Japanese i didn't pick it up.
It looked more like a repair manual, at the time.

Do you live by a Little Tokyo of any sorts? If so, they'll usually have a Kinukuniya bookstore that should carry a bunch of Hyper Revs. If not, that mail order place is reliable. I've bought several issues using that method.
