Thanks Cdelena,

I can't remember where I picked up that the JDM wheels were a half inch wider. I guess you straightened that out. Giampiero, is working on the weights too, maybe do something on your end. I'm useless with Japanese. Anyway, Giampiero said that shipping is $120 for the set.

Ben,

Thanks, I picked up those number from postings on this board. I guess I should have qualified those numbers. We should once and for all established what are the right weights of the stock wheels. As for the Volks weights, I pickup to number from numerous postings on the net, specifically for the 16x7 TE37s, I think Superhonda.org has them on a FAQ. Again, for the benefit on all that post and read on this board let's qualify those numbers.

Cdelena,

Since the JDM wheels are the same width as the stocks, I'm going to pass on that option. Even if it is lighter. Sorry, for "assuming." I guess I'm back to the Mugen option... yuck.

well, we seemed to have moved off track.

$1750 for a set of 17" TE37s plus S&H. Cheap? Not cheap? No comments?

Mingster, $1750 sounds like a great price. Just wonder if a group buy were on - how much lower could it go.

BBSpoon - As I've been looking around a light wheel for the closest to stock offset for some time - I've noted that in 17" at least, the best fits are :

1. Mugen MF10
2. Jsracing PR-6 - my favourite - six spoke 17x7.5 front +52 offset (6kg or 13.2lb) and 17x8.5 rear +59 offset (6.2kg or 13.6lb). They are an identical fit with the MF10s except lighter. I was in touch with Giampiero about this one and as I recall it they are $635 fronts and $720 rears.
3. TE37 offsets as discussed seems just a little off but great price in comparison with the others.

Just my 2cents.

Yep, that's the GB price already.

nwk00,

If your asking me, its black.

mt2000,

Is that AUD or USD?

Scot,

I was thinking of doing with the TE37s, what I was planning for the Mugen MF10s, 16 fronts, 17 rears. Anyway, how much clearance do you have with your 17x8.5 from the fender, an inch, a half inch?
