I found the source my vibration/noise at 6000+ RPM's !!!!

For me it seems that the passenger side door sill - was the cause... thus the sound as if it were coming from inside the door itself... the sill is held in place by three white clips... my sill had only 2 of the three clips - I re positioned the two clips from front 2 spaces to rear 2 spaces and voila!!! went out and hit VTEC in assorted gears and the noise/vibration/rattle above 6000RPM is gone! I will also put a piece of velcro/one side under the plastic sill so as to absorb any remaining vibration down the road...

You should have a ride in my car and than drive yours again. You would think you are in a 7 series BMW ;-)
