Default Very quick question

Hey guys my sister is on her way back from work with her 06 s2000, and it has been snowing. How do you turn off traction control? She cant seem to find any buttons for it. Im guessing she doesnt have the manual for the car. I tried doing a search for this before asking the question and couldnt find anything on how to turn it off (im guessing no one has asked because its easy / self-explanatory). Thanks for your help!

I don't know the answer to your question.

However, I will ask one of my own: Why on earth would you want to turn VCS OFF in the snow?

Press the VSA button down on the dash just below the speedo. You have to hold it down for a few seconds. When it finally goes off you'll see a small warning signal on the dash letting you know it's turned off. When the car is restarted after it has been turned off, the VSA will turn on again automatically.

wait for the next thread...my sister crashed her 06 S2000 in the snow....

call her back and tell her to just GET HOME. you can play with the buttons when you guys have read the manual. why would you want to turn it off in the snow anyway?

It is a dangerous situation, but how else will she be able to climb the slippery hill? The car wont allow it because the driving wheel will be moving faster then the other wheels (because it is slipping, and will not accelerate). Of course she probably should have called in today.
