I have thought about it but I like the contrast and how many people would know what it is with out them ( oh wow its a V8 what kind, whats it from?) I would get tired of answering them. but I respect your opinion besides the coil packs and fuel rails aren't that pretty to look at.
Yea I was also thinking about that when I was typing aswell. So im kind of stuck on either if I would take it off or keep it on . Heat shield itself looks gorgeous, congrats man. Let us know when you throw up some videos that are more than 20 seconds long

Xyster - you should make a set of directions/photos for people that want to do the swap and make a little side $. My dad is begging me to do this swap on my s2 - lol.

Looking forward to seeing more videos!

The red against the blue is pretty hypnotic.

*If* you ever did want something different you could:

a) Get a custom set (several vendors who do filled/painted with however you want)

2) Do what I had planned with my Z06 - remove them, relocate the coil packs, get the coil bracket PC'ed and get a custom set of valve covers. There's even a company that makes a "high rise" VC that holds the coils inside!
