saw a miata at the car wash the other day that had some sort of v8 swap... i was so confused looking through the sea of cars for what was making a ruckus and then a little miata ends up pulling away this gives me the same feeling of confusion when watching the video lol

Awesome man. Its not going to handle like crap. It should retain a near stock 50/50 weight distribution
Id love to see it on a drag strip and see what kind of numbers it runs.

Crazy swap, but i don't know if i'd want one. Imho japanese cars don't mix with v8s : (, just 4 and 6 bangers with turbos. Thats what makes them fun. If i wanted a car with more than 6 cylinders it would be a ferrari, or a carrera GT, but lets be realistic though, all the cars that i want ATM are non V8 : )

This swap is pretty sweet, the only thing i dont get is why would u go from a high reving sports car to a muscle car, if u wanted to swap to a bigger motor, i would have gone with a high reving V6 or V8, something that keeps the characteristics of the S, that we all love so much, alive. If u wanted a muscle car if would have probably been cheaper and a lot less time consuming to just buy heavy american car and then strip it of a good portion of weight. Not that this swap isnt cool, because it is pretty sweep, i just dont get why.
