I have been shopping for an S2000 and have been looking at mostly new. I have gotten a quote for an new 05 for just over 29k+ttl. I have seen an 04 w/ 7kmi for 27k which was at a carmax. It seems like for 2000 bux more, it would be worth it for peace of mind being brand new and 1yr more for warranty. Of course on the other hand the 04 is almost new and $2000 is $2000 which could be put towards other goodies/mods whatever. Any similar experiences?

Also anybody ever buy from carmax?

If your willing to part with that much cash, do yourself a favor and buy a new one.
You dont know how this car was treated, if it was broke in right ect ect. I ordered
mine for the simple fact i didn't want anybody touching mine much less driving it.
