I did the same thing...I used by bank account since it was a Group Buy I didn't think I needed to worry...I'm filing a claim with my Bank (not sure if it will do much though) along with PayPal. I'll be following up later with the Cali Franchise Tax Board on his story, next the feds, then I also have a little more for him in the form of law

Phil has claimed that my order has been sent to invidia and that they have been paid.
I have contacted them to ask if they have any such order etc.
So hopefully i will get a response from them soon.
