WOW! How did we go from one person's disatisfaction with an S2000 to an argument over a Corvette's fuel economy feature?
THRILLR, it's your car, it's your money, it's your life. Do what you think will get the job done for ya. So some of us got our little feathers ruffled. Too bad! We'll get over it. Considering what forum (an S2000 enthusiast's board) you're in and a forum moderator no less, you might have found a better way to present your case in the first post but it's done. You can't change anything now even if you wanted to. This whole thread has taken a real ugly turn in that it has pitted one member against another. Nothing more constructive can come of this now. We should let this thing pass.

Well Da Hapa you are right.

I am so used to referring to Corvette/Camaro/Trans Am's as having an M6 transmission that I overlooked MT. I apologize. In the "domestic" world of the LS1 it is either an M6 or an A4.

I thought maybe it could have meant Motor Trend.

well i guess i was wrong about it having the skip shift if they all do, but i was shifting way past 2500 so thats prob why it was not noticible. Mike
