are there 2 types of S2000? I have a sebring '03. When i called and
set up my car insurance my agent asked which kind of S2000 I had?
I thought they only made 1 kind. I gave her my VIN and she pulled it
up and said that I had the more expensive version? Anybody
know about this? if there are 2 kinds, what the difference?

Nope....only 1 kind of S2000.

Which insurance company is this? Tell the agent you have the cheaper version so that you can get a discount

Yeah, the more expensive version is the one that people buy when they don't know that they are paying too much.

Seriously, there's only one version of the S2000. You should tell her that you're taking your business to a company that doesn't lie to you and try to rip you off.

Some of them came with the 2.2 liter engine. The others with a 5.6L V12.

ok, this is the scoop. some dealers offer S2000's that come with
suped up addons under the hood and bodykits. I guess if you get one that
comes with the hardtop and other stuff your car is going to
be more to insure. my rate is pretty good. I must have the
lower rate.
