Two Subjects: Ziano Wax, Oil (AGAIN)
I'm still Ziano-ing my S. After 5 coats it sure looks slick. It beads water like I haven't seen in any other product - I've not seen them all. I'm using the spray between coats. It takes about 15 minutes to apply, I let dry for an hour and 15 minutes to polish. I'll stay with Ziano!
Now, OIL. I'm at 3500 and will install the Comptech SC in a couple of weeks. At that time I will change the oil. At 7500 miles I plan to begin using Mobil-1. The question: Any thoughts on what oil I should use in the interim?
And, thinking about oil. I've decided to use Amsoil filters from the reviews I read. It rated first place among a dozen or so filters. I doubt I'll feel any performance difference

Oil.....Castrol GTX "Drive Hard". It is higher then most in both Molybdenum and has a lower SUS Viscosity (around 55). This makes it an excellent break in oil.
As for wax only use Zaino if you can't afford Pinnacle Products:
