definitely done in photoshop, just look at the weird light shade of grey where the hole used to be. you can tell he took one color match from one spot and filled in that entire area with it. all one exact same shade of grey for every pixel.
still looks cool though :-)
reminds me of a backyard special front bumper for a civic, just mildly different from stock.
