Oh and one other little comment. I run this car _very_ hard. At least once a week it goes for the ride of it's life. Ask Pappy for further clarification but I think that's all you really need to know.

Chris,

If/when you blow, please contact www.goldeneaglemfg. I`d really like to see their work on an s2k block. They just bored my GSR block to a 2.0 and it`s awesome. I`m not saying you need to go bigger, but their Iron Sleeves are perty!

Btw, I have 10k on my charger and haven`t thrown a CEL

I`ve been doing this since 92 and have had my fair share of CEL`s. I`m sporting a mid 70`s NBA afro between my legs

Interesting that I had my issue of super street, november 2001 open to path 19.. with an ad for CM clutchmasters and that drag car RIGHT in front of me, when I looked at the site. Just an odd coincidence.

I think that someone has mentioned that sleeving might not really be necessary until 20+ psi, maybe more. The block looks fairly solid, and espescially at lower compression with a set of JE bangers in there, you should be able to get away without preemptive sleeving... from what I've heard.

But in the case that I DO do some major cylinder damage, I will definitely give them a call. The only problem is that they are out in cali. Major shipping cost.

Shipping isn`t really that bad and their turnaround time is usually a week.

Their prices are pretty reasonable and I like to do things right the 1st time. I won`t be pushing 20+ pounds in my hatch, but peace of mind is priceless

I have had several turbo charged cars (Currently own two) and have never had a problem with reliability. I had Dwight at Speed Craft install my most recent turbo and have had zero problems with it since it was put on.

Here are a few pictures of my turbo. (The Corvette is not turbo charges, its already a mid 12 second car NA.)
