Trying to sell...
#22
Pay the $20 to post it up here, and find a good location on a busy street to display it if you can. Last time I sold a car I parked it in the grass where people would pass it every day, and had easy access to pull over and park so they could check the car out. Also make sure you have as much info as possible posted on the window, really helps for people who don't know much about the car but like the looks. And lastly WAX it up good and people will come.

My local forum, Mid-Atlantic pulled my for sale post because I'm not a member. I have no problem with that, the rules are the rules but, just keep in mind that the local forums may be harsher than you are.
he himself has several badges from other area's that don't require all that bullshit, but it makes him feel important apparently.

That is due to the jerky who runs the mid-atlantic...... he has to meet you several times in person to make sure you are "sponge worthy" to have a mid-atlantic badge and that you live in the area.......

I don't mind. There's lots of places to sell parts locally. I'm was on the verge of parting out my 2002. The "for sale" was for a set of virgin AP2 wheels and tires and was really just to test responsiveness of the locals.
It didn't go over well so, I'll do it elsewhere. I've sold through HT before too. They have a local for sale area without the hassle. It's just not as targeted as S2KI.
So basically, this is for the real mods too, even if I join, I can't sell in my local forum. Maybe you should do something about that S2KI guys? It certainly removes any incentive for me to join.
