I've discovered the hard way that it's always best not to rant and rave. Just state the facts, give praise when it's deserved, and be polite. That usually works much better than anger.
I've always found the Classic people to be great on customer service, and this is just another example.
Any, yes, it is a shame that this experience is an exception, not the rule.

Customer Service IS where it's at. Although my company has lots of products for sale, all we really have to sell is customer service, since there are so many competitors !

I guess its good karma Rick. When I asked to return my shift boot (because it looked better than and clashed with the Honda leather) - you were very receptive and gave me no problems...
