Go with the Chase hitch for an off the shelf type of hitch. If you're enterprising and handy with a welder, make your own. I'd also figure that the back half of an S as a trailer would be way too heavy. I'm looking for a tire trailer that's around 200 lbs unladen.

Don't overlook all the prior trailer/towing threads.
+1 You need to keep the weight down as the S wasn't intended for towing. I'm assuming that the OP wants to put stuff (more weight) in the trailer and not just tow the trailer for the sake of towing a trailer...
