Default Transport Spring Spacers

Have not seen this posted in awhile-bought the car used with 18k about 6 months ago and now has 20k on the clock. I removed the left front tire last weekend and found one spring transport spacer (not sure of the technical term) was left in the coil spring. I checked the others and they were all removed except that one. So if your not sure about your car I would check them.

WOW...having only one spring spacer in must've created some interesting handling characteristics!

Hopefully the car feels much better now!

really must be like a new car now!

i had one in until i powerslid the car into a curb (i had been driving pretty hard and had about 5k miles on it at the time... and we had done a spring spacer search, but missed this one)- after taking off all 4, we found the spring spacer. boy was i mad!
those things do change the handling characteristics of the car, as i can attest.
glad you found yours before you had a serious problem.
