You shouldn't redline 1/2 and then shift directly into 5/6 without waiting a couple of seconds for revs to come down.

 

I used the search function right after I posted this, I copy and pasted about 10 different posts from different people explaining the same problem.. I printed this out and brought it to honda today... I have an appointment to leave it there all day on friday..

best situation - I get 02+ tranny probably wont happen.. but I'm crossing my fingers.. I have a friend that works there..
