Yeah I gree. One thing that really bugs me is lack of communication with AMH and the Honda dealerships. There is obviously a reason why some of us have these problems and they are more common than one would think. That being the case, it is absurd to go to a dealer and have them say :"I have never seen that....", "I have never heard of that...." "We don't know what causes that....". It is not just one dealer I am speaking of, it is a big problem and the customer gets the short end of the stick.

I realize that this seems like a problem with all mfgs, but Honda has a rep for acting like its your problem.

I got the base model. It has all the features I want. If I wanted luxury, I would get the G35 coupe. I will add HID lamps for $350. I already upgraded the sound system and it is 10X better than the Bose system that others have for 1/4 the price. I also got the Aero package with the car which includes front, rear and side spoilers along with color keyed mud flaps. My final price was $26.5k +ttl. No extra or hidden charges. This is a lot of car for the money. Overall, it was a really good deal. It did take some haggling though.

i went through this with my mustang, bought new, it became a lemon, which got me into my miata which was also a lemon, then i went honda(again) and now i am happy. i hope this happiness for you with the nissan.

So far I've had MY '00 for four months and no problems whatsoever...bought it with 25K and now have almost 35K and car runs great.
