It's your tire pressure

Get that straightened out and you'll be fine.

Hint, one of your tires on the drivers side (probably drive wheel) is very low on air

air pressure.. .if not

make sure both rear tires are the same size, have the same mileage, and have the proper rotation.

Very true. I have had this same issue twice. The first time was because I had two VERY different tire pressures in the rear due to a nail in one tire. The second time was due to me buying used rear tires and where not the same circumference (one had been used for more miles than the other). Once I switched to different rear tires, the problem went away. Worst case senario- your diff is going out, but that's highly unlikely.

I believe this could also be a symptom of the worn CV joint issue. If worse comes to worse and tire pressures don't fix the problem, you may want to check out this DIY thread:
