Torque setting for strut bar installation

Got my Neuspeed front strut bar and rear lower tie bar today. I'm going to install them tonight but need to know the torque settings for the nuts on the strut tower and rear lower tie bar. Any ideas?

If I remember correctly it was either 34 or 36 lb-ft. Go for the 36 as 2 more wont hurt.
