They will most likely replace the top with a new one, the seats however will be replaced with used ones as they go for somewhere around 4-5k EACH brand new. Some companies however will pay out for new seats as well.

If I were you I'd expect to get around 3-4k minus your deductible, if they go with used seats, or up to $10k+ if they go with new.

Best of luck, and look into some seat locks. They won't save you from the damaged top or other damage from anger, but at least the bad guys won't get what they want.


Hmm... This brings up a question, has anyone made a small window sticker for the Kokodan (sp?) seat locks? I'm thinking something similar to the Viper Protected stickers so that would be thieves would have warning that they won't be able to steal the seats and therefore they might pass right by the car. Or actually I guess it might be better to just say "Seat Locks" with no brand so they don't go ordering sets of their own (though I think Kokodan requires some kind of proof...)

we had five broken into and the seats stolen off our two lots in nashville last year...two civic si's had the same thing happen as well

I just sent my order in today. When I get her back, I am going to get an alarm also.

OP - south or north fla?

BTW - they found seats for me in Michigan 3K each
new top 1200
door panel that they kicked in for no good reason 1000

this is nuts. you can not drive anything nice down here.

Someone used to. I don't know if you can still get them or not. About a year ago I contacted him through his website and he had some left.
