Does anyone know through which carrier the seat locks are normally shipped? I already sent in my payment last month, but just moved to my new address today. If the locks will be mailed via the postal service, I'll be ok since I've got mail forwarding. But if it's UPS or fedex, I may need to let kodokan know.

Because of my work hours, it's difficult for me to get to the post office during business hours. The PO box area is open after hours, so I can pick up from the box, but Certified or Registered mail has to be signed for, in person. Most of the time I can get it, but not always.

Peter, this post marks about 2 months since I sent you payment + PMs and still haven't received an answer from you. I would appreciate you getting back to me whenever you can and at least tell me the seat locks have been shipped out.
