Too many S2KS?

More experience for more mechanics is great. I personally could do very minor stuff, I'll be needing that experienced mech in the future.
BTW, for us newer generation stook owners, what are the differences from "originals" to newer models?

Let's put it this way. The more S2K's, the more parts available. The S2000 is still going to be a rare car. I see more Porsche 911's than S2000's and I live in Utah! Porsche 911's are a rare site here and I still see more of them than S2K's.

My S2000, which I got in 1999, is one of the originals and will remain rare. Those 'in-the-know' can easily tell the difference between one like mine and one from the later years of production. The more S2000's that are made now, the more experience mechanics will have working on them, and this will certainly be to my advantage.
