Toda Header + T1R exhaust + AEM EMS = dyno plots

Ok...14.6-14.7 is great for highway driving...actually, it is PERFECT, as stoichiometric A/F ratio IS 14.7:1...however, it may be possible to go even leaner on the highway as you are not under high load...just for the record, did you gas mileage increase or decrease on the highway???
I might assume it decreased because the S2000 ECU most likely sets it at a leaner A/F ratio at say, under 25% throtle position...and increases it accordingly.
Find out what your WOT A/F is though...because your highway driving A/F and WOT A/F obviously have nothing to do with each other...and the one that concerns us...is the one regarding to the power...and thats WOT.
Does the EMS log, data...I'm sure it does, could you possibly put one of your logs in .gif .jpg, format and post it...that'd be awesome, if you can't PM me and I'll post it for you (assuming you can get a pic format of it)

I also just want to put my viewing of timing gains on this board.
While I have yet to TUNE an S2000...I did tune my previous 99 Eclipse GST with a "standalone", 1 degree increase in timing would add almost the same amount of power a 1 psi increase of boost...and 1psi was normally a good 7-10hp (obviously depends on turbo...but the one I used)
For street purposes though on pump gas, best results were found with higher boost and 1 degree or so of timing dropped...because the SLIGHTLY lower timing allowed for almost 6psi more boost...
obviously N/A cars are different...but you get my picture...a couple more degrees of timing a you could see 10-15hp gains...on race gas even more is possible...but then, there is a point of diminishing results...and aslo a point where the is too much

NA car runs fine with 14.7 A/FA or Lambda 1 a WOT. The S2000 usually runs a bit rich in VTEC area.

Sorry for bringing this back from the dead....
I have not seen very good dyno plots from Jack...for example i have seen a couple cars from Jack's shop come down to south carolina (R and D Motorsports) to get some work and get tuned. Almost always the customer leaves with better numbers and a much cleaner plot.
In regards to the numbers, they are great gains for just exhaust mods! Mess with the timing a bit and I am sure you could gain at least 5-10 hp...

Jack doesn't tune for big numbers... he tuned my car for the much more usuable midrange power
