I was looking into getting the Toyo Proxes 4 (mostly because I can get them at a really good price)

Does anyone have experience with these?

What sizes do I need to get?
Just the stock 205/55 16 and 225/50 16?

I have an '01 and live in Florida if that matters.

you should post this to the wheel and tire forum or a mod should move it there, should get an answer quick if you do that. I'm running 18's and can't remember what stock sizes you need to be looking for, sorry. Actually you may be able to find this info if you browse the wheel and tire forum.
