Buy window cleaner and bug remover in the economy size! You'll need it for the front and windshield.

It was on the road getting dirty...and good ol xviper immediately washed the S and got her squeaking clean again.

I have the DIY to prove it!

And a little more specifically, for those with some decent miles and years on their S2000 at this point, what parts of the interior have started to wear out or take a beating?
I have 2000 model and nothing has worn out interior or exterior except 1 set of rear SO2's. My driver's side outer seat bolster has a few minor wrinkles in it from sitting my ass on it when getting in and out of the car but that's it.

My one reccomendation above all else would be....

Check your oil regularly (as you should with any vehicle)

Outside of being relgious about the maintenance, wash the car every week with Meguiar's Car Wash and use a good bug/tar cleaner that contains wax. Have a good time!

check oil at least at every gas fill up. i know you have heard this one a lot BUT its very important. many f20c's pass on due to low oil.

if you have a habit of going into vtec often, check it a lot more frequently.

Learn to drive this car. It is most likely unlike any other you have driven previous. Take it to a track, empty parking lot,or wherever you can experience the limits and how to work through potential scary situations with a cool head.

I would like to respond to the part about this car getting attention from women. I was told that, but did not believe it. I am a 57 year old divorced male. Two weeks after I got the car I was driving down the main street in Thousand Oaks California at 1 am in the morning, with the car top down. A 39 year old woman was stading up in the passenger seat of my car with her top down. Is this a great car or what?

I have gotten lucky with this car as far as encounters with the chicks, which would have never happened in my 87 T-bird.
