How dark have you tinted your windows, and does it really help when your car is a convertible? I've noticed a great deal of heat transfer from the vinyl top during the summer, so the tinted windows would just seem like wishful thinking.

I dunno, I think tinted windows on a convertible looks wrong. Especially the ones I see driving down the roads with the top down and the windows up.
If the top is down... roll down the windows too! =) (Unless you need to reduce some noise/wind. But that's just it... sometimes you need the windows rolled up when the top is down. And that's why I think it looks funny.)

I really should try and take some more rear 3/4 shots to show that the difference is not as dramatic as one might imagine. That pic makes my tint look mirrored and darker than it really is due to the low angle I took it from.
When I have the roof down I never have the windows up BTW. It's just wrong
