ok i cant tell you much because im 15 and i dont have a license. But i do know how to drive stick. Last summer i started and in about 2 months of driving once every other week i could do it pretty good. I thought it was a very easy car to learn in. If you did it everyday you could be excellent in a bout 1-2 weeks.

Why don't you think this one through and rent a freakin manual transmission vehicle and practice on it for a week...a lot less than buying one?!

i learned manuell on my first car purchase whiich was a 94 cobra, talk about learning quickly lol. I say get the s2k if you want, learning to drive it wont be too hard. The first few days will be hell, then after a month it will be second nature. Just find an empty parking lot at nite and learn. Best if you find inclines thats the trickiest part, but doable.

You can take some driving lessons on how to learn manual transmission. They go over all the basics and you get to pretty much drive their car with the instructor beside you. They teach you a lot of useful stuff especially regarding the safety techniques for a manual transmission.
