I got a 95 in a 50! Damn cop pulled a gun on me and asked me to step out of the car. He told me he was going to tow the car but didnt because I was in ny (im from ct). He then said I better pay the ticket and not show up to court or else he'd "nail my ass so hard my teeth would feel it". I looked at the ticket later and it said must appear in court. Long story, short I went to court, plead guilty for fear of seeing that officer and got a $400 dollar fine (ouch).

Depends what you mean by worst ticket... The two I got most raped on are as follows:
When I was 16, I was pulled over by a cop on a early Saturday morning. I hadn't slept much that night and I looked like a stoned white-trash kid - however, I was not : )
He started yelling at me and I made a remark such as "Please don't yell at me" in hindsight, not the most prudent thing.. anyhow... I was arrested, and I quote, "Because I was a smart allic" ... and held handcuffed in a shopping area for over a couple of hours. They eventually let me go and did not give me a ticket.
They called my parents to pick me up and said that I would get a ticket in the mail in two weeks. Never got the ticket. I get pulled over about 3 months later and the cop says "what's going on with the incident 3 months ago" .. I call in and the clerk told me there were no charges, two weeks later, charges were made for reckless driving.
I didn't have the legal suppport I do now, so I had to settle with a neg 2 (500 dollar ticket) and some classes. Granted, looking back at it, there is absolutely no way that they would have won had I known what I know now at this time.
Another incident was six months ago getting a "expired proof of insurance ticket" (500 dollars) and for allegedly speeding 55 in a 35 (yeah right). Of course I had insurance, but I didn't have the latest insurance card with me. I sent my response in, but the court claimed they never got it. Both fines stuck, they got raised and nothing could be done about it. I fought bitterly with the court clerks back and forth, but to no avail. Since then I've been working with a lawyer to get the tickets dismissed. So far, it has cost me about $1000.00 and this still has not closed (yet).
Granted there have been countless other alleged speeding tickets... but the majority of them result in the court failing to prove that I was in fact, speeding. A couple of times though, the results were quite painful.

85 in 65 :*(
I was actually doing something closer to 95, but the cop was cool.
That is the worst I have had if you mean expensive and miles over the limit.
About 2-3 weeks later I recieved another ticket for doing 35 in a 25 or so the copy claimed. He was a total hard ass and was just being a dick. Had my gf in the car to see I was not speeding at all, but how you gunna fight a cop

Sorry All.... decided to sell the S last weekend because I thought I would get in too much trouble. I'de rather chance a ticket getting from 0-100 mph QUICK.... rather than 50-150 mph QUICK and getting nailed BIG TIME. Just found myself driving the S like a thoroughbred on steroids wanting to pull on the top end. I'll get another S someday when I can spend more time with it on the track.

Wow!
I just got back (1/2 hour ago) from retrieving my car from an impound parking lot - I didn't realize I parked in a tow-away zone. Costs me $198.
I kinda feel better after reading all these responses - it's good to have people who had tickets to "talk" with.

A Woman Gets Pulled Over by a Police Officer and....
Woman: Is there a problem, Officer?
Officer: Ma'am, you were speeding.
Woman: Oh, I see.
Officer: Can I see your license please?
Woman: I'd give it to you but I don't have one.
Officer: Don't have one?
Woman: Lost it 4 times for drunk driving.
Officer: I see...Can I see your vehicle registration papers please.
Woman: I can't do that.
Officer: Why not?
Woman: I stole this car.
Officer: Stole it?
Woman: Yes, and I killed and hacked up the owner.
Officer: You what?
Woman: His body parts are in plastic bags in the trunk if you want to see.
(The Officer looks at the woman and slowly backs away to his car and calls
for back up. Within minutes 5 police cars circle the car. A senior officer
slowly approaches the car, clasping his half drawn gun.)
Officer 2: Ma'am, could you step out of your vehicle please!
(The woman steps out of her vehicle.)
Woman: Is there a problem sir?
Officer 2: One of my officers told me that you have stolen this car and
murdered the owner.
Woman: Murdered the owner?
Officer 2: Yes, could you open the trunk of your car, please.
(The woman opens the trunk, revealing nothing but an empty trunk.)
Officer 2: Is this your car, ma'am?
Woman: Yes, here are the registration papers.
(The officer is quite stunned.)
Officer 2: One of my officers claims that you do not have a driving license.
(The woman digs into her handbag and pulls out a clutch purse and hands it
to the officer. The officer snaps open the clutch purse and examines the
license. He looks quite puzzled.)
Officer 2: Thank you ma'am, one of my officers told me you didn't have a
license, that you stole this car, and that you murdered and hacked up the
owner.
Woman: Bet you the lying b*****d told you I was speeding too.
