Those with the Clutch Master Cylinder leak, call this number..........

to the NHTSA (National Highway Traffic Safety Admin.) and report it. If this fluid is leaking into the foot well it could very easily create a safety issue according to a friend who once worked at NHTSA. It would not be a safe thing for oil to be on the bottom of your shoes while trying to brake, accel. or even clutch. Also, some who aren't mechanically aware may not even notice this problem being that the fluid is black and the carpet is black. Call this number and report it if you have had this problem please!! 1-800-424-9393
P.S. If enough complaints are registered the NHTSA will force Honda to fix this problem.

First of all I can not imagine how the leak from the clutch master cylinder can leak enough to get on the pedal. This is impossible. If anything it may just damage your carpet.
Second of all why is it that when something on our cars breaks everyone wants Honda to fix it for free. FIX IT YOUR F***'N SELF!!!! Car parts are not build to last forever. They do break!!! That is why we have auto repair shops.

It is entirely reasonable to expect the clutch master cylinder to last at least 5 years. The first two posters' cars are one and two years old.
I can't imagine this would not be a warranty item. Take it back to the dealer.

Too bad this happens to all clutch master cylinders in all cars. Its a wear and tear item and isn't designed to last forever. When it does leak its just a very slow seep and will not get over the pedal itself but on the firewall and such. If you check your fluid often and notice it gets low its telling you to get it replaced or its your own fault if something happens. Just like when your brake pads hit the wear indicator and you ignore it and keep driving. You want Honda to fix that also?
