I thought Paypal had a 45 day limit. I'm already over 30 days I emailed them a couple weeks ago and got the same "by next week" responce. I think I remember him saying they were "in the air" back in early March, I guess the plane crashed.

I just checked their website. It says they are "Sold Out" but the ETA is today (3/27/06). I'm not sure whether that makes me feel better or worse.

His Group Buy thread timed out - they don't stay on the forums forever
No, the thread was removed because they're no longer a sponsor of this site.

Why they're not a sponsor? I have no idea. You'd have to ask them that.

Then someone moved the S2000 Talk thread to Site Info - but another poster brought that information over to this thread
not guilty

As for the fact they arent a sponsor, that is between them and the site administration - not for anyone else to speculate and accuse.

There are plenty of companied that supply the S2000 community and are not sponsors of the site. I would not worry on that side of things. What i would worry about is whether you are getting communication from the vendor.

Hi Guys,

I must apologize for the delay on these. The pipes have been aired in and are in the country awaiting customs clearance & delivery to us. We had a late delivery on one of the flanges which pushed our run back while a larger run took up the manufacturing line. We had an original ETA date of 2/28 but because of this we got pushed almost 3 weeks back until completion, PLUS the shipping time.

We are not a shady bedroom based business that pops up and is here today and gone tomorrow. Those of you that have called or emailed, I'v told all of your that if you need to cancel the order you always have that privelege since it is still on back order. This is not a special order part and we have no problems doing that. We are not like some of these other shops who hold hold money hostage or charge "restocking fees" on our regularly stocked products.

If you have any questions or concerns, just pick up the phone and give me a call.

Best Regards,
Bryan
