Your out of luck on the 10 disc changer.

Alpine has an AI net line that offers 6 and 12 disc but is not compatible with your OEM radio. JPit is offering you a really great deal.

I'm not sure if it will work or not. To make the alpine m-bus changer work with your OEM radio, there is an adaptor you will need (that was mentioned earlier) the adaptor your looking at I believe is for earlier alpine decks (pre AI net)
