Default Thinking about purchasing s2k with 'built motor'

This is my buddies car, and I'm wondering if the motor looks complete or if it will need engine management or anything else to be safe to drive daily .. Honestly I'm looking for a s2000 thats stock but cannot find one in my price range and I can get a good deal on his, but I don't want something thats going to lead to problems or need any work ..

Here is the info on the motor if anyone can give me advice weather to stay away from it because the motors not complete or if the setup is okay to daily drive without EMS etc ..

New motor has 12k on it. Motor was just rebuilt by justice race engines (2.1L) , Darton sleeves, carrillo rods and cp pistons. Head was refreshed with new seats/seals and a valve job. Just replaced the master and slave cylinder for the clutch. Just changed the tranny and diff fluids. Just changed the coolant, Competition clutch 6 puck sprung clutch, Megan header, Invidia cat back exhaust

Thanks

Its not if I trust the guy with his work, I don't know a damn thing about s2000's and I'm not sure if the car needs anymore-which is the reason I'm asking people.

daily driving a six puck clutch setup probably isn't going to be a lot of fun.

i don't think anyone can say much else about the setup without seeing it and being a little more intimately familiar with all the work that was done, what parts were used, compression ratios, etc etc. The main concern would be the engine, obviously. The rest is pretty standard stuff.

It is drivable, but I am not looking forward to purchasing a car that may need EMS or other shit to make it not go 'kaboom' ..

OK.. hahaha... if its with a 2.1, i'm sure you should purchase SOME kinda of management first check if there IS any. because personally, i'm sure the computer has to be tuned since its a bigger displacement but i could be wrong so someone chime in. I say that because since OUR Ecu's are learning ECU's, it might be able to tune itself.

But i could be wrong. Either way. Since you have a nice setup, why not just go and get like an Ultimate and just have it tuned to the best of its ability anyways.. So your car does not go Kaboom?
