Looks like a reasonable deal at $24,800. But if your MY00 is in pretty good shape overall, why not just update a few things (new top with rear glass and defrost, for example)? Heck, you could even swap a 2.2 for a little more torque. Freshen up your car and save many thousands of dollars.

Or, if a AP2 floats your boat and the money isn't an issue, go for it!

Test drive an AP2 before you commit to buying one, after I test drove an AP2 I felt the AP1 layout suited me more.

The real question is, what do you consider features? At the end of the day, there are hundreds of differences between AP1s and AP2s.

you're right. s2k's alll get the job done. I guess it's the extra things, new things that would be 'nice' but we don't really need in a s2k. Things expected in a ........luxury car
