Default thinkin about pickin up a s2000

Hey guys lately I been thinking about picking up a s2000. As you can see I been lurking here for a while, and by no means and a noob to the honda world. My previous car was a 4 door integra with a b18c5 swap. Right now I am driving a 01 Lexus es300. But I been thinking about pickin up a s2000 cause i just recently got a new job and I could finally afford it, also I don't pay for my car right now. So my question to you guys is, is it worth having to fork up 300+ a month to drive one of these bad boys or should I just keep this car with no car payments.

This rests on your financial situation. Spending $300 a month on this car is IMO very worth it, but that's just my opinion. If you have a good job now and a free car, you'd be able to save some money. And don't forget, these cars tend to make people want to modify them. That costs even more money.

Sometimes you have to take risks for the things you really want.

If you can afford it, do it. Tons of fun, you won't be sorry.

How old are you? If the answer is under 24...better get several insurance quotes. A lot of HS and College age guys are paying $300/month for insurance since 17-24 year old males predominantly wreck the S2000.

Worth is always subjective. For me it is definitely worth it. YMMV. I have no idea what your financial situation or preferences are like. Keep in mind that the payments are just one part of the costs that you'll need to consider.
