Both cars.com and autotrader have incomplete data. You'd have to do a national search from a Honda dealership website to find the exact count of new cars still available.

Honda reported June 2010 S2000 sales to be 8 units.

This squares with this thread saying 11 left on June 1 and 3 left on June 19. The old link to sales seems to be accurate.

someone should call those last three dealers and notify them that they are holding onto one of the lasts untitled S2000s in the country. JACK THE PRICE UP! bring up the value of all our cars!
