The subject says it all. GingerMan Raceway is having an open practice day Sunday. They typically charge $100 for the full day and $75 for a half day. For more information about the track, go to http://www.gingermanraceway.com. South Haven is almost directly across Lake Michigan from Chicago. It only takes about 2.5 hours to get there.

 

I hate having to reply to my own post, but here I am anyway. We are just trying to get some people to come out so it is not a waste of GingerMans time/money to run on Sunday. C'mon out and have some fun.

 

couldn't you pick another sunday? easter is probably not a good day to ditch the family and drive around...

 

Hmmmm.... Here I was thinking I'd have a day off on Sunday. I may be in. Greg? What about you? Brad? Other Brad? Juliann? Maybe the second 1/2 of the day after we recover from the Smelting party. I don't have enough brake pads for an entire day anyway. Let's see a show of hands!

What about Jason's bachelor party on Saturday, Brad? I'm afraid that it may interfere with Sunday activities if we aren't careful... hehe

Of course, I love Gingerman...the S2000 was made for it.

I wouldn't count on being able to see straight until about noon on Sunday.

 

Greg I have a solution.... we go for the afternoon. If we leave town at around 9:00 we get there by 1:00, and still have several hours of track time. This allows us to recover from the nite before. Juliann's Smelt fishing party is Saturday nite, so we'll be green around the gills also. What's up? I can't wait to hound you in my Corrado!
