Test-Pipe only?

After searching every single test pipe thread for info on this subject I am wondering one question... How will this affect the car (Ecu/Engine)?
Because from what I understand the second O2 sensor (on the cat) will have a false reading right? Will it affect the cars A/F ratio? Is the second O2 sensor only there to tell the ecu the cat is working?
From what I understand, one needs tuning after a cat delete. Now, how is the ecu adapting to this? Will the car run lean?
I already ordered my berk test pipe and I can't wait to put it on.

^i think the primary is the most important, as i have read that when your secondary 02 goes out, it does not affect the cars performance, and i believe if the primary goes out, it will affect the car. ive never read a thread about a TP causing any sort of a failure, other than maybe fouling out an 02 sensor.
do you per chance listen to bolt thrower?
