Just drive the entire tank barely using any throttle and keep it below 4k rpm's as your penence! The ECU can only pull timing back so far, so don't race around.

Yeah, the ECU will pull timing. Maybe get a bottle of 104 Octane Booster. That could bring up the octane number a little. And it'll clean your injectors, too.

Don't add octane booster... just drive the car, and it'll be fine. I probably wouldn't engage VTEC, though.
once you burn off half a tank throw some 93 in there and then you're back at 91.
