Default Tanabe TEAS vs TEIN EDFC Suspension

Hey all, I just bought a new s2k. I wanted to buy a new suspension either the TEAS Tanabe or the TEIN EDFC suspension system. Does anyone have either of these systems, and what do you think?

The S2K has an awesome stock suspension. What's your problem with it? What are you trying to accomplish? If you say you just like the car to be lower for aesthetics, you're in the wrong place!

IMO, the S2000 stock suspension is better than many of the aftermarket ones anyway. that is unless you want to spend another 2 to 3G's on some very expensive systems, then maybe they are a bit better than our stock ones.

Wow that is suprising to hear. I posted pictures of my car in the gallery and everyone kept saying to lower it. And I had always heard that you can't improve much if at all on the stock suspension. I would like to lower the car a little for aesthetics but handling is more important to me.

So you guys are saying I'm best to leave it stock for the best handling? (without spending more than 1500.

The TEAS system is superior to the EDFC in that it can be setup so it can vary the suspension stiffness at certain speeds automatically (i.e it gets 20% stiffer @30mph, then another 30% stiffer at 60 mph....etc). The EDFC can only be adjusted by pushing the setting buttons. Now im not sure which of the two coilovers perform better, but as far as the electronic adjustments i like the TEAS.

If handling is more important, then leave it stock. Next question?
